Policies can vary by service (bridal, rebranding, studio sessions) and are subject to change at any time. Always confirm the current policy before booking. By booking, you agree to the most recent policy published on this page.

Please ask before you book if you’re unsure which policy applies.
Time stamps are based on when your message is received via email or text.
A valid card-on-file or retainer may be required to hold dates.

How to cancel or reschedule

Include your name, service, date, and whether you’re canceling or rescheduling.

We’ll reply with written confirmation and any applicable fee based on the policy window below.

Typical windows & fees

These are standard guidelines. Final terms are confirmed in your invoice/contract for the specific service.

Studio / Standard (≤ 2 hrs)

48–24 hours

50% of service total. Free reschedule if a new time is available within 30 days.

Under 24 hours / No-show

100% of service total. Arrivals >15 minutes late may be shortened or considered a no-show.

Rebranding / Photoshoots

Retainer: 30% non-refundable

Balance due day of service unless otherwise stated.

7–3 days

50% of remaining balance. One courtesy reschedule if the new date is within 60 days.

≤ 72 hours

75–100% of remaining balance depending on prep, assistants, and studio/time holds.

Bridal / On-Location

Retainer: 50% non-refundable

Secures your date & team. Final payment typically due 14 days before event.

60+ days

Retainer forfeited; no additional fee.

30–59 days

50% of remaining balance.

< 30 days

100% of remaining balance due to locked schedules and staffing.

Illness, emergencies & weather

Illness/COVID: please notify as soon as symptoms appear. A one-time courtesy reschedule may be granted with documentation and based on availability (weddings handled case-by-case).
Force majeure (extreme weather, travel bans, venue closure): fees may be waived and the service rescheduled at the earliest available date.
Travel/parking and third-party holds are non-refundable once booked.

Late arrivals & no-shows

15-minute grace period when possible; after that, services may be shortened to protect the next client.
No-shows are charged 100% and may require prepayment for future bookings.
For group schedules, the timeline proceeds as contracted to keep the day on track.
